When we had our flings out in the middle of nowhere, with our bizarre / specific purposes, I'd make handmade invitations out of old parchment or painted-over maps and magazine ads. Each one was meant as a treasure map and a dare.

On that same path – a costume made from scratch, out of plaster, coat hangers, duct tape, an adjustable hard hat strap, antlers, bull jaw, a lot of sewing, faux fur, scrap leather, etc. Fun times in the workshop.
